Scope and Content Symbol stone at Abdie Churchyard, Lindores, Fife The symbol stone has carvings on two faces. It originally stood on a hill above the village of Lindores. It was then built into a wall and used as both a sundial. It also has a bench mark carved on it. This is a view of the W face. It has one symbol incised on it. This is a large rimmed mirror. It is the only example of a mirror not to be carved on the same side as other symbols. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
