Scope and Content Mr Bruce Maxwell has another role in that he carries out the maintenance of the clock on a twice yearly basis. Mr Maxwell says he is extremely privileged to be part of the tradition for 30 years of looking after this 183 year old piece of Victorian engineering and keeping the time for the people of Alyth and surrounding district (00:42).
