Scope and Content Plan of a farmstead at Ashintully, Perth and Kinross The ruins of what was a small post-medieval farmstead are situated about 1km north-east of Whitefield Castle. The steading comprises five buildings, each reduced to their wall footings. The building marked A on the plan was probably the main dwelling, comprising at least four compartments. Amongst the other buildings is a kiln, probably used for corn-drying. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
