Scope and Content Plans signed R. Rowand Anderson, 16 Rutland Square, Edinburgh. Drawing has proposed changes indicated in pencil and is annotated ' this and the accompanying three sheets forming the plans of villa to be erected on 4 acre of ground at Colinton agreed to be feued to Dr R. Rowand Anderson approved by the Governors of James Gillespie Hospital and Free School subject to the terms of the missives of feu'. Annotations dated Edinburgh 8th October 1896 and signed Alex Heron Secy.
