Description Looking E is a horizontal rail and linked cylinder type of road block which cuts through a line of anti-tanks blocks. It comprises two large concrete blocks on either side of the road. The N block has slots and the S block has holes into which metal rail were placed. Four concrete drums which lie on the S side of the road, would have been rolled below the rails. Barbed wire would have been strung across and around the road block.
