Scope and Content Photographic copy of three rubbings. The left hand rubbing shows detail from a ring-headed incised cross from Iona, known as 'Iona 45', now housed in the Abbey Museum, Argyll and Bute. This rectangular slab bears a ringed cross with rounded sunken angles and a shaft ending in a circular foot. The inscription reads OR(OIT) AR ANMAIN EOGAIN ('A prayer for the soul of Eogan'). The middle rubbing shows detail of the lower part of the Barochan Cross, bearing human and animal figures and the right hand rubbing shows detail of the upper part of the same cross which was re-erected in Paisley Abbey after conservation.
