Administrative History A farmer by profession, Donald Coghill was also an amateur archaeologist and antiquarian, with a particular interest in the past of the Inverness area. A member of the Inverness Field Club from 1975, he served as Vice President between 1987 and 1990, and was made an Honorary Member in 1998.
