Scope and Content Has received Petrie's letter of 22 January with genealogical table and letter for Washington Irving, which he has forwarded. Uncle is deeply grateful to Petrie. Sends Petrie a copy of an article in an American journal about his uncles's country house, and mentions that uncle is nearly 74 years old. Postscript: uncle has arranged for Petrie to be sent a complete set of his books. Balfour gave PP Irving a card with an engraving of Balfour Castle, and he requests Petrie to procure two more cards for him.
