Scope and Content He is certain that there will not be an immediate dissolution of Parliament. Mention of Mr Laing who is also to stand for Pontefract, but he is sure that he (Murray) will have a majority [in Kirkwall]. Part of letter cut away, not clear whether signature or part of unfinished letter.
