Scope and Content He was sorry to hear of Petrie's illness. Petrie's son, Tom, is 'a nice boy' but the Mitchells do not see much of him. He had Christmas dinner with them. Mitchell presented his pipe to the Museum and will do so with the 'rude stone celts' at the next meeting. Has asked Capt Meadows Taylor to send Petrie his paper on Indian antiquities.
