Scope and Content As one of his men is returning to Orkney on leave, Thomas sends some plans with him to deliver to Petrie, including Holm of Papa Westray South. Wishes Petrie to draw a plan of the chambered cairn on Wideford Hill and to write a brief description for Thomas to include in his publication. Discusses 'Picts' Houses' generally, and carvings in Holm of Papa Westray S.
