Scope and Content Letter to William Skene from Alex Carmichael, Lochmaddy, concerning gift of font. Encloses tracing of stone found in Benbecula (Pictish symbol stone from Strome Shunnamul, Fraser 2008, no.202). It was found on the strand at low tide 'close to a heap of stones, evidently the ruins of some ancient building' and has been taken to Lochmaddy.
